Not only do we need to push for more women leaders to help change statistics like this, but we need to make sure they’re paid as much as male leaders! What can we do?
Become aware of the facts – read articles like this one, support organisations which ensure equal pay, and where possible push individuals and companies to up their game. It’s 2020 and women should be paid the same as their male colleagues.
