The Leaderful Movement
Although we love working with individual women and organisations, we realise that to truly drive change, we need more. We need to re-define leadership in Aotearoa. We need to shift attitudes around what leadership actually looks like.
The Leaderful Movement is dedicated to doing just that. Join the Leaderful Movement and together, let’s increase the number of women leading us towards a better New Zealand.
To drive change, we need more.
We need to re-define leadership in Aotearoa. We need to see more diverse women in senior leadership positions. We need to shift attitudes around what leadership actually looks like.
The Leaderful Model
Providing leaders and aspiring leaders with the competencies and skills they need to succeed now through individual coaching, workshops and programmes.
Helping organisations remove barriers and provide an environment where women become leaders through customised in-house leadership programmes.
Changing attitudes about what leadership looks like through community, research, and conversations.
Meet the women behind Leaderful
At Leaderful, we believe that there’s no one right way to be a leader – but that belief isn’t always reflected within organisations or society. Now, we want to ensure that leaders in our organisations reflect the immense talent and diversity that our country has to offer.
Started by experienced former CEO and leadership expert Dr. Sue Watson and executive leadership coach and working parents expert Jayne Chater, Leaderful came out of our desire to combine our talents (and those of the incredible women we work with) to have a bigger impact on women in leadership in New Zealand.
Shaping the world we need
At Leaderful, we help you succeed in the world now so that you can help to shape the world we need.
Let’s start shaping that world.
